Year 4’s Video

Year 4 children have been busy creating a video all about our school. The project is called ‘Making connections’ and it is to see if a school in London is similar or different to one in Stockholm, Sweden.

History Quality Mark – Silver Award

We are really pleased to announce that Furzedown Primary School has been awarded a Silver Quality Mark for its teaching and learning of History across the school.

The Historical Association Quality Mark is an award that recognises the excellence of history provision in our school.

Thank you to Mr Dutton, Ms Sabin and Ms Synge who are responsible for coordinating the History curriculum throughout the school.
